Accessible classes in small groups, suited for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Online and in person.
All classes emphasize slow mindful movements, proper body alignment, breath work, mindfulness and relaxation. Practicing at the same time each week can help you create space for self-care, meet other practitioners and connect with a community of like minded people. Small groups allow you to receive more attention from your instructor. You can make specific requests and ask questions.
Through a regular practice, students become more aware of their body and build strenght, flexibility and balance. With time, many develop an interest in yoga beyond the physical postures. The awareness and calm they cultivate in their practice support their day-to-day life.
